    Hello,


    I have a Dell Studio 1555 laptop with Windows 10 Pro. When in the future, the hard drive fails, then I want to be able to make a back up of Windows 10 Pro that loads onto my new hard drive that activates officially by Microsoft and still is able to have official Microsoft operating system updates. Also, I want the Windows 10 Pro back up to load my paid programs with same licences to activate by official brand and get official updates, example is a paid program, DSVA Theory test program that uses serial number to activate and get online updates. Is there any way to do this please?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
