Hello everyone,I am writing to you following a problem I am experiencing with my device, a Dell G15 5511 purchased two years ago. Recently, freezes have occurred. Here are the different types of freezes observed.-Freeze with blue screen, the stop codes were: 'Critical process died' "system service exception" or sometimes "memory management".-Flashing screen, then black screen. BitLocker Screen after the recent OS11 Update on my Daughter's G15 Dell 5511

Please Help. My daughter is a Small Business Owner. She called in a panic. The recent OS11 Update now presents a Bitlocker Encryption MSG. She is a realtor / has critical files, and Customer data on her Dell G15 / 5511 laptop that she's been unable to access for several days. She purchased it recently, has no Microsoft Account, and remembers nothing about saving/storing a bitlocker recovery key. Please provide a means for her to access her SSD/ files again. Is there a command line prompt, or a bootable file via USB to disable this recent update. I assume there are thousands of users affected.
