I understand how difficult it is, when the app doesn't work in the way it should. For us to isolate the issue and to assist you better, we'd like to ask you a few questions.

1. Is it crashing when you press the Continue to Game button?

2. Are you unable to get pass the G5 splash screen?

3. Are you aware of any changes made on the computer prior to this issue?

It seems like the game crash issue has been reported already and fixed in the new 1.27.2700 update of Hidden City. I'd suggest you to check for updates for Hidden City from Microsoft Store. Refer this article on

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and try method 3.

If the issue persists, as it is an issue within the game, I'd suggest you to contact the support team at
L: support@g5e.com along with your G5 Friends Profile Login, and your IDFA number, and the email address associated with your G5 Friends profile, and the level that you've reached in the game
information. They can assist you better on this.

Microsoft Store APP Hidden City G5 Games

Of late this game at some point hangs and then crashes. I am currently at level 191 and the only reason I mention that is this: If I Reset the app under the App Settings menu will I lose my status, items, data, etc. Also, when and if I do this should I
do so offline? Thanks.

• OS is Windows 10 Home, version 1803.
• 12 GB of RAM.
• NVIDIA GT 720 1 GB graphics card.
• Average download internet speed is 150+ MBPS.
• Problem seemed to start after the June WIN update as well as the July G5 game update.
• I have also contacted the G5 support team with no real solutions.
• You name it and I probably have tried it as far as changing settings, deleting the Store cache, etc.
• I really just want to know if by resetting this APP will I lose my status, data, etc.

new event for Hidden city hidden objects is not loading

I love playing Hidden City Hidden objects game. I noticed this morning that other people on my friends list have started a new event (Architect's garden) This even is not loading on my game.
