Windows 10: G5 games launch, but freeze once in game dup' from a locked thread

Good day,I've been playing Sherlock Holmes Match 3 hidden for quite some time. Launcher shows I'm level 122. It's been like a week that I cannot launch the game. My PC meets the requirements to play the game. All drivers are up-to-date, same for Windows 11 Home 23H2. Scanned my PC with ESET, run various of DISM commands. The game starts. Once in-game, I see pointing down arrows on the left. Like the game is downloading assets or so. I just tried with 2 other games, freshly downloaded and installed. Same issue.Any idea of what is preventing G5 games from launching ? If you need more info, ple
