Windows 10: gadwin screenprint 6.2.0 print only to Microsoft Print to PDF??

just installed gadwin screen print 6.2.0 on windows 10 Pro desktop and it won't allow me to print to my HP printer..., defaults only to "Microsoft Print to PDF"

    Is this issue persisting only to Windows 10 documents?
    

As of now I suggest that you try printing using the short cut ctrl + P and check if you can print.

The printing option differs in each browser. Before we proceed, we would like to confirm which browser you are using. If you’re using Microsoft Edge, you can put it in reading view before printing. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Microsoft Edge.
• Go to the website you want to print.
• Click Reading View (Book icon).
• Click More Action (Ellipsis Dots icon).
• Select Print.
