Windows 10: Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 Windows Hello Unavailable?

Fingerprint recognition was available as of last month. Suddenly on startup, windows asked to change my PIN from my old 4 digit to a new mandatory 6 digit PIN. After this I noticed the fingerprint option was not there. I looked up Windows Hello and all the options are "unavailable". Samsung and Windows are all up to date. I am not sure what to do? i have checked that the windows biometric service is up and running and the biometric devices is up to date in device manager.

Galaxy Book2 Pro Windows Hello does not work

Hello,

I have the following problem:
For a couple of months my Windows Hello on my Galaxy Book2 Pro does not work. I get pretty much the same error as in this issue, but none of the suggested solutions worked for me. Does anyone know what might fix this problem?

Your laptop doesn't come with infrared camera, therefore you have no windows hello face.
