    Hi all, need some help from the experts out here! When I try to connect my Samsung Galaxy Buds live to my Windows laptop Asus VivoBook 15, the Buds only connects in headset mode and not headphones mode. Check attached screenshot from control panel:Things I have already tried:1. Completely removing disconnecting and reconnecting the Buds.2. Checking for driver updates Buds Live software is up to date.3. Updating Intel Bluetooth drivers.I am currently on Windows 11 build 25987 latest build in Canary channel. Not sure if its a bug in these builds, but I've been facing this issue since aro

  2. Galaxy Buds Live won't stay connected to Windows 10

    As the title suggestes my galaxy buds keep disconnecting from my windows 10 desktop computer. After the buds being connected for like 15 seconds, they always disconnect. Already updated everything to the latest
    firmware on the buds, bluetooth device.

    Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Samsung Galaxy Buds on Windows 10

    Anybody using Samsung Galaxy Buds (original model, not +) with a PC? Buds are paired with the PC and device settings say Connected. They are not listed in the available Sound devices, however - just the PC speakers. The Galaxy Buds Manager Windows app correctly displays the current battery charge for each Bud.

    Ensuring the proper pairing process can sometimes make a difference. Here's a step-by-step guide:

    > Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned off and your Galaxy Buds are inside their charging case.

    > Insert the Galaxy Buds into the charging case in the correct position.

    > Close the case, and the battery indicator on the case should flash, indicating they are ready to pair.

    > If the battery indicator doesn't flash, the buds might need a charge. Charge them for at least ten minutes before attempting to pair.

    After that follow these steps to re-pair your Galaxy Buds:

    > Press Windows + I key to open Settings.

    > Click Bluetooth & Device.

    > Turn on Bluetooth.

    > Click "View more devices" and look for Galaxy Buds from Audio.

    > If you find your Galaxy Buds in Audio click three-dots (...) and select "Remove device"

    > Click "Add device".

    > Select "Bluetooth".

    > Now, open your Galaxy Buds case.

    > Wait for the scan and look for Galaxy Buds in the list. Make sure it's in range.

    > Pair Galaxy Buds.
