Windows 10: Galaxy Buds2 Pro Sound Cutting out / no sound Windows 11

The issue only appeared after I performed an earbud software update through the Samsung wearable app. After this, the audio on my laptop would either cut off or just not work all together. There has been some minor pairing problems where it takes 2 times to connect. It says it's connected to voice and music, but it just doesn't work.My drivers are up to date, I tried troubleshooting it in sound settings however it detected nothing wrong, and when I play audio the volume bar in sound settings moves. I've paired and unpaired it multiple times, but it gets me nowhere.The earbuds themselves don't

The feature picks up 360-degree sound using a microphone in each earbud, placing viewers at the center of a roaring festival crowd or beside a bubbling brook in the middle of a forest. Users can pop in connected headphones and playback the video on their device or social media channel to hear lifelike and immersive sounds that emulate an in-person experience.

360 Audio Recording is the first feature in the Galaxy line leveraging LE Audio, an advanced new Bluetooth audio standard. This new technology brings better audio quality as well as improved latency and battery life. Beyond providing better-sounding music, LE Audio also broadens the spectrum of audio experiences to deliver more complex and rich sound that can be shared with others. A new update — soon to be available on the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch4 series — adds zoom capabilities to Camera Controller,2 further expanding the Galaxy camera experience with Galaxy smartphone and Galaxy Watch connectivity. Option not available to choose between Hands-Free Audio and Stereo Audio for my Galaxy Buds2 on Windows 11

I upgraded my PC to Windows 11 two months ago. Since then, I have been unable to pick between the Hands-Free Audio device option and the Stereo Audio device option for my Galaxy Buds2 (whereas I could on Windows 10). Windows 11 simply displays the name of my earbuds as "Galaxy Buds2." Also, judging by the audio quality, it appears that Windows plays via Hands-Free Audio without displaying it.

I would like to note that this is not an issue with my earbuds. I have a laptop that came with Windows 11 preloaded. I can pick between the Hands-Free Audio device option and the Stereo Audio device option on the laptop. This leads me to believe that this may be an audio driver issue with my Galaxy Buds2 on this device. However, I am unsure.
