Windows 10: Game Bar Audio doesn't always work

When playing games and recording the last minute of gameplay with the game bar, sometimes the audio is perfect, my microphone is clear, the game sounds great, and I can hear other people fine. But sometimes when I record the previous minute, the audio recording picks up so much background noise such as my mouse clicks, keyboard typing, my girlfriend in the other room watching TV and you can't hear anything else. This will happen even if the recorded clips were recorded within moments of eachother. Does anyone know a fix or solution.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Original Title: No audio

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.

You may face this issue if proper audio drivers are not installed on the computer or if it is corrupted. I suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps in resolving the issue.

Method 1:

I Suggest you to run the Audio Troubleshooter
and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Playing audio.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

Uninstall sound adapter driver from the Device Manager, restart the computer and check if that helps you.

  Press Windows and X keys together.

  Click on Device Manager.
  
• 
  Sound, video and game controller, expand it, right click on the
  sound device and select Uninstall.
  
• 
  Restart the computer after the successful
