Windows 10: Game Bar being suspended by UWP process for better performance, is there a way to stop...

As soon as i make window+G to open Game Bar, i can see in the task manager the Game Bar process passing from suspended to executed but never open and go back to suspended by UWP process, I've tried EVERY SINGLE article on here and even got to some weird forum about window 11 with a UI of 2011 and found nothing about stoping window from suspending this app Xbox Game Bar app. I was on window 11 Pro but i even try to downgrade to a window 11 Home and even that didn't work. I'm getting kind of frustrated that there isn't a simple checkbox to stop window from suspending app. i try to take a look

UWP Suspending Processes

Why in Windows 11 in Task Manager am I getting the pause symbol and the message “This UWP process is suspending processes to improve system performance” next to 6 or 7 processes and apps all the time including apps I’m currently using.

 

Is there any way to prevent the UWP process group from suspending Armory Crate while I am using it without having to completely reinstall windows?

The UWP process group keeps suspending Armory Crate while I am trying to use it, which means I can't really change any of the settings controlled by Armory Crate such as how well my GPU works, and when I am trying to play some games they have very low FPS because the graphics card is not doing the best it can, and I know it can do better because it has done better in the past before the UWP process group began suspending Armory Crate. I am not completely sure how long the UWP process group has been suspending Armory Crate for, definitely a while but I have been trying to get along without it, but this specific game I very much want to play has very low FPS because the graphics card is not perform the best it can due to some settings in Armory Crate which I am unable to change due to the UWP process group suspending it before I can do so. I have tried looking up how to stop it, and tried everything that I have found without it helping at all. The only thing I haven't tried that has been suggested is to completely reinstall windows, which I am tentative about doing in case it resets any settings or data I have saved.

(Also, I was not completely sure which topic this would come under in the options below, so i chose system failure as I am quite sure the UWP process group is not supposed to be suspending Armory Crate while I am trying to use it, another also i tried uploading a screenshot of Armory Crate being suspended in Task Manager, and I am not completely sure if it worked, because while trying to upload it said somewhere that it failed something, but it still let me upload the image, so sorry if the image doesn't come through)

 

Task manager shows green leaf UWP is suspending processes to improve performance - so how do you STOP this process from suspending your Outlook? I'm mid-typing an email and everything is locked.

This was asked previously, but rather unhelpfully, the Microsoft operative did not go the next step to say how to cancel/stop this process from suspending Outlook.

If it requires a reboot or the shutting of other RAM processes (like website tabs etc) then it would have helped to say so!

I welcome any suggestions on getting rid of the 'green leaf' so I can carry on with my work...
