Windows 10: Game Bar capture too bright/blown out

My pc is low end and only game bar capture works well for recording games. I recently reinstalled windows and now game bar capture videos are brighter than my game. The whights are blown out, looks overexposed. Anyone know any fix for this?

Unable to "move" Captures folder for Xbox Bar Captures

I am unable to follow those steps. As I mentioned, there is no "Captures" folder. It points directly to the temp folder, and there is no Captures folder for me to edit. When I go into the properties on the temp folder, I have no "location" tab, so nothing can be changed.

 

Game Bar Not Capturing

Game bar doesnt seem to work with Rogue Company. When I clip something it shows up in my captures but its usually only the audio if even that. This is the only game Ive had problems with.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.
