Windows 10: Game bar captures have a weird static

Whenever I use Game Bar to capture something that has happened, the entire video has a constant buzzing static in its audio.Has anyone encountered the same and have any possible solution to fix this?

I am unable to follow those steps. As I mentioned, there is no "Captures" folder. It points directly to the temp folder, and there is no Captures folder for me to edit. When I go into the properties on the temp folder, I have no "location" tab, so nothing can be changed.

 

Game Bar Not Capturing

Game bar doesnt seem to work with Rogue Company. When I clip something it shows up in my captures but its usually only the audio if even that. This is the only game Ive had problems with.

If you don't have one- create one.

I suggest you create a captures folder in Videos, and use the dialogue to point to it.
