Windows 10: Game bar records the footage in a weird size. Help would be appreciated

Hello, i have been having some massive issues with the windows game bar on pc while recording. I have a 2 in 1 dell Inspiron laptop that I have bought this year. Every time I record using the game bar the end result always looks something like this. I have set the resolution to 1920 * 1080.
Those black huge bars shrink the actual footage with makes it nearly impossible to see. It also only happens with video recordings and seems to be a problem exclusive to the game bar. If anyone has any tips that could help me fix this that would be greatly appreciated. I also don't think it is a problem of updates since everything is up to date and this is been a problem for about a whole year ever since I started using game bar

No game sounds in recording with windows 10 game bar

When i record using the game bar and re watch the footage there is no in game sounds while i can hear then when im playing the game. My mic is the only thing that records not the in game sounds

Crazzzzzyyyy quick question but can this be used for things other then apps and games. Such as a way to record a program or a browser for helping make tutorials. The way I understand "Snipping Tool" can take screen shots as well as custom cutouts of the screen your on. And the "Steps Recorder" records the steps taken and can also apply notes to the steps. But can the Game Bar record things like a tutorial steps. Like by recording your screen as a video rather then just steps. Like I said above Crazy Question.
