Windows 10: Game Bar setup; now no audio in Chrome and Discord

I set up Game Bar to record game clips but now Opera and Discord have no audio. Games and files still have audio, it just seems to be those two applications. I've retraced my steps in settings but nothing seems to work. I'm not very good with technology so I might just be missing something obvious.

Discord and Xbox Game Bar

I wanna record clips while having Discord open to talk to my friends but the problem is I can't find a way in game bar to disable the Discord audio instead of having all of the voices in the clips. Can someone please help me with this?

it is all games and I have made sure the mic is on but that doesn't help. all that does is pick up my voice mot my friends. I am using discord and it is not picking up any audio from discord. it does not matter the game or anything the problem is not recording

Windows 10, no speaker, I use my earbuds for sound/mic.
When I am in a discord call, I do not get any audio from other sources, only Discord. No game sounds, no Youtube, no Minecraft, no sound replaying when I change the volume. I've tried setting my audio devices and updating the drivers as well as messing around in Discord audio and video settings, but I can still only hear Discord.

When I record a clip from the last 30 seconds using XBox Gamebar, It does not pick up call audio from Discord, no audio from my voice either, but it does pick up game audio, system audio, etc.

Is there a way to be able to hear all forms of audio while in a call, as well as record all forms of audio using Xbox Gamebar?
