Windows 10: Game closes after 10 seconds without any error 0xc000000d

Hi there, I've been trying to play Forza Horizon 4 on my Windows 10 machine for the past few days but been running into issues with it consistently crashing to desktop after only running for around 10 seconds it gets to just about the end of the first company logo intro. It starts playing the intro vid normally and then begins to freeze the video and audio, stuttering for a few more seconds before closing without any error displaying.I have tried running the program as an administrator, running the game through both Steam and Xbox on PC but get the same behaviour on both,From looking in Even

I have download the BIOS files from HP support mentioning the laptop Serial number, product ID etc and perform the steps also but still 0xc000000d not resolved. As per them it is due to windows 10 corrupt and have to run the application image DVD/ USB which
they will provide with a cost.

I have sent a email to microsoft IDs stating that my system is working very slow and need your help but that was not responded. After few days this issue occurred 0xc000000d.
