Windows 10: Game crash on windows account

Hello, I'm posting this here because for the past month or so, the game Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker doesn't want to launch anymore, I've contacted the bandai namco support and after long exchanges of emails they've asked me to create a new user account on the same pc and launch the game there and it worked successfully, however a week after the game didn't want to launch anymore on the other user account. To be more exact the anti cheat screen loading works but then on the second loading screen to get to the game, halfway through it crashes and a window with "fatal error" and "The UE4 Na

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
