Games crashing to desktop

Hi All my games are crashing to the desktop , i did have error 10016 in event viewer but have fixed that now but still my games crash to desktop. Everything is up to date , done a fresh install of windows 10 but didn't install updates as i beleived that
was the issue.

Made another question about this earlier today and someone responded about using CMD to run sfcnow but my CMD prompt wasnt working , opening and closing straight away. so another install of windows 10 and cmd prompt is working again.

Now event viewer isnt showing any errors after the games crash to desktop.

need help with games crashing

sorry for not specifying my parts earlier i forgot but i am running a i3 12100f with a rtx 3050 and 16gb of ram. I never stutter or get any fps drops while playing any games. i constantly get high fps and the only problem is my game randomly crashes. I have tried all the steps shown in the article provided but my game is still crashing. I dont think its a problem with windows 11 cause when i went back to windows 10 my game was still crashing and i also reinstalled windows 11 and it still crashes. I have no clue what the problem is and any further help in diagnosing the problem would be appreciated.
