    Hello, I am currently using a Lenovo Legion 5 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics card. This device is about 2 and a half years old but the problem just came in around 6 months ago.The first time I remember when this problem occur is when I'm playing Bioshock 2 on Epic games and until suddenly the game crashes. An error written "Unsupported graphics card, please update your driver." As I checked on device manager and the app GeForce Experience, both graphics card is at its latest version. I tried to open the game; the app can't start. So, I restart my laptop and try the game again, it wor

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    I tried to put widows 10 on my PC but i was informed that my Nvidia 7300 graphics card was not compatible so i have changed my card to a Nvidia 610 which is, everything on the computer recognizes the new card and it is working fine now when i try to upgrade
    microsoft still thinks i have the 7300 card and won,t allow me to download it, what do i need to do.
