Windows 10: Game crashses and graphic card won't work until its restarted

" Hello, I am currently using a Lenovo Legion 5 with AMD Ryzen 4600H cpu, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics card, and 16GB ram. This device is about 2 and a half years old but the problem just came in around 6 months ago.The first time I remember when this problem occur is when I'm playing Bioshock 2 on Epic games and the game suddenly crashes. An error written "Unsupported graphics card, please update your driver." As I checked on device manager and the app GeForce Experience, both graphics card is at its latest version. I tried to open the game; the app can't start. So, I restart my laptop

Hello. I tried to do all 3 steps above throughly but the game still crashes. No error found on memory diagonistic test.

The 2 times I tried is on Portal 2, seems like still the same problem. Game crashing moment is as well the same, just after moving character for a while.

First time after game crashes, windows did have blue screen. Then the screen blacked out, but fan is still spinning. Waited for 10 minutes, nothing happened. I force shut down by holding the power button.
Second time game crashses, Portal 2 icon is still visible, I tried not to end task right away. Waited for about one minute, then laptop power off on its own.

I did update the Minidump file on One Drive if you would like to check it out again.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting, as per checking the logs it is still displaying an error in nvlddmkm.sys, in this case, if you can remove the Graphics card and try to sit in another PCIE port that would be the next step, however, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related matters in particular to GPU and board as we have done clean installation and should address any software and driver issues.

The first time I remember when this problem occur is when I'm playing Bioshock 2 on Epic games and the game suddenly crashes. An error written "Unsupported graphics card, please update your driver." As I checked on device manager and the app GeForce Experience, both graphics card is at its latest version. I tried to open the game; the app can't start. So, I restart my laptop and try the game again, it works but crashes after a few minutes. As this pattern continues, I notice that the game crashes on a "certain terrain or action (part of a map or shooting)" So, I tried avoiding that "thing" and weirdly it works, until I met a different "spot" and the game crashes again. I tried for about 10 times then gave up.

And as well the game this game Bioshock 2 was played few months after I upgraded to Windows 11, so I tried reverting it back to Windows 10 with full data wipe and drive clean but still doesn't work.

Also tried update and reinstall cpu, gpu1, gpu2 driver and still didn't work.

After a LOT of experiments, here is the thing a few things I discover:
1. After game crashes, apps on graphics card can't launch until either we restart the laptop or disable then enable the graphics card through device manager.

2. On the crash laptop fan turned to the maximum speed and would slow down gradually.
3. The game that (very often) crashes on a certain "thing/spot" is Bioshock 2 (Epic games) and Portal 2 (Steam)
4. Titles like Dota 2, Valorant, and Hearthstone crashes about once every two weeks with the same problem.
5. Meanwhile titles like Death Stranding (Epic Games), Sekiro (Steam) never ran into this problem (so far)

6. And sometimes there would be blue screen after the crashes on windows "just collecting some info" but would never be able to restart so I hold the power button to force shut down.
