    Game doesn't open


    Seems like everything involved with Microsoft is not working for me anymore. Whenever I try to load into the support website on my main computer, the loading screen just shows forever, so I have to go on another computer just to access support chat which is completely insane. Then, I try to open a game to play after reinstalling it multiple times and it doesn't even budge when I press the play button, I have tried almost everything support has recommended and nothing is working. I try to verify the files for the game and it doesn't even show an option to verify or repair, it just shows that 20

    Hi Vijay,

    thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

    The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

    I'll be glad for another solutions.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
