Windows 10: game dvr enabled

Hello I have an issue with playing games specifically with league of legends. I don't know if it matters but i have a 5600g. So basically when everything works fine i have over 400fps with high settings but at random point fps drop to 59/58 and the monitor starts flickering mildly. I solved this but switching the GameDvrEnabled to 0 in the registry editor. the problem is that it turns back to 1 automatically after a while. What can i do

Force enable Game DVR

I have read through all articles detailing that Game DVR isn't working even though my video card is part of the supported list. In the meantime until it gets fixed, is there a way to FORCE enable recording of clips with Game DVR. Realistically, this
option should be up to the user, not the software, albeit with a warning message. LIMITATIONS!

 

Game DVR

Sometimes, a recording doesn't end correctly. When that happens, you'll need to restart Game DVR to fix the problem. Here are the steps:

• Close the game.
• In the search box on the Windows taskbar, enter Task manager, and then select that desktop app.
• In Task Manager, select More details.
• In the list of running processes, select the Broadcast DVR server (bcastdvr.exe) process (if it's still there), and then select
  End task.
• Restart the game and try recording again.

 

Force enable Game DVR

I have tried installing the video driver in compatibility mode, but the same issue still exists. Is there a way to force enable Game DVR, such as editing a registry value, a config file value, etc.

For the developers of Windows 10, allow the user to enable regardless, but if it isn't a part of the compatible list, still allow the user to try and see if it works with a warning that it may not work.
