Windows 10: Game File on Local, Locallow and Registry Editor

Do you know Genshin Impact game? If i format my local disk C and reset my pc, my game file such as mihoyo file will be deleted in local, locallow and registry editor. Is my genshin impact launcher still works without mihoyo files when i launch the game? I'm worried about this game will cause problem because this game is my most favourite.

Actually, my Registry Editor has undergone changes so that some files (mainly .exe) are showing an error code "0xc0000005". So, if I get a backup reg file of Registry Editor for Windows 7 Professional x86 based 32-bit OS, I can import it in the Registry

My Registry Editor is corrupt. I haven't created any backup. I don't know what happened. Please help.
