Windows 10: Game freezes upon start up.

Whenever I launch a game on my new desktop I get to the first part of the loading screen and then it just stops and freezes. The only way I can get off that screen is to use task manager to close the game. When I do that it then makes task manager crash as well and then I am forced to restart my PC. Please help as I have no idea what to do. I have tried doing all the updates and I have tried running the games as administrator as well and no luck.

Thank you for your response. If updating the graphics card drivers did not resolve the issue, you may follow the steps below to roll it back to its previous version:

• Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type Device Manager in the search box.
• Hit Enter.
• Right-click the device for which you want to roll back to the previous version of the driver, and then click Properties.
• Click the Drivers tab.
• Click Roll Back Driver.
• In the Driver Package rollback dialog box, click Yes.
