Windows 10: Game freezing fullscreen

Game freezing screenCan someone help me, I never had this problem before and it just occured today. I was playing fine a few hours ago but after I turned my laptop off to take some rest, this problem occured.Whenever I focus on a game fortnite, tekken 8, marvel rivals my game freezes. The whole screen freezes but I can still hear the music, buttons being hovered, etc. When I tab out, press the windows key to bring up the start menu, or overlay another tab, the game unfreezes.
