Windows 10: Game I bought in my order history I can no longer install/play. Please give me license key...

In my order history I have a game - Far Cry 5 Gold Edition which I played on my PC.I wish to play that game again, the game is in my order history as Redeemed via a code but this particular version is no longer available on the store, and is not able to be played.Please let me know how I play the game I purchased.Thanks

Order History missing the Product key/Install option

I ordered 2 copies of the Windows 10 Home (download) edition from Microsoft's website and I understand Microsoft does not have any record of the product keys, nor do they offer refunds on that type of order.

The instructions given by Microsoft to retrieve those keys is:

1. Go to Order History, find Windows 10, and then select Product key/Install.
   
2. Select Copy to copy the key, and then select Install.
   
3. Select Download tool now, and follow the instructions.
   
4. A wizard will help you through the steps to install. You can install Windows 10 on a PC or a Mac.
   

The problem is that the order in question does not have a Product key/Install option. Is this a bug with Microsoft's website?

 

The game I bought is not showing in Order History

The game I bought is not showing in Order History. Digital upgrade to Elder Scrolls Online, Skyrim. I bought it today and I cannot find it. It will be the last thing I buy from Microsoft.

These licenses are normally Digital, installed by signing in with the account which purchased them and applying them from Microsoft Store > My Library.

Do you have the orders showing receipts in Order History here:

If so then that's enough to get Support to install them for you, even provide a key if they still do that upon request. Contact Microsoft Support at Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Explain the problem to the Virtual Assistant and keep asking for an agent, to get chat or a call back on week days.

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
