Windows 10: Game is open and running in Taskbar, but not visible on screen.

I'm new to PC gaming, and one of the first games I downloaded to my PC was Wolfenstein, and at first it worked just fine with no issues at all. But now when I tried to play the game, it will not display on my screen even tho it's clearly running in the background because of the audio, and I'm able to see the game in my Taskbar bar running just find. I can even input my keybinds and exit the game, it just doesn't want to display on my screen for some odd reason. Is there any solution or guide to fix this issue?

Taskbar disappears behind games

In addition, when running a game in full-screen mode the taskbar is normally hidden. For case isolation, try to run the game in windows-mode. This mode allows you to run the game in a smaller window which allows you to have your taskbar visible. To
do this, we suggest that you check the game support site for any information on how to configure the game using this option.

Taskbar Remains Visible in Full-Screen Mode

This started occurring for me yesterday when running a game in full-screen mode. I like having the taskbar visible when having windows open as applications, but never when in true full-screen.

 

Taskbar still visible in fullscreen mode

Let's try an attempt at resetting default computer settings by doing simple steps.

1) Right click on the Taskbar, and uncheck Lock the taskbar
2) Click-and-drag the Taskbar over to the left side of the screen, and let go of the mouse click, to set the Taskbar over there
3) Again, now click-and-drag the Taskbar from the left part of your screen right back down to the bottom
4) Right click on the Taskbar, and check Lock the taskbar

Try running full screen applications.
