Windows 10: Game Laggy CPU being at 100%

Discus and support Game Laggy CPU being at 100% in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I reseted my pc win-10 two days ago.     Game Laggy CPU being at 100%


    I reseted my pc win-10 two days ago. I tried to play game it kept lagging and i can't fix it.I don't know what to do.if i need to show my pc stuff please tell me how;

    Cpu: i5-8600

    GPU: RX 580 Series

    RAM: 16.0 GB

    Motherboard: Aorus

    Power supply: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4

    Resolution: 2560 x 1080

    Was working fine not it just crashes my game the game is Tom Clancys Rainbow six siege but I can barely also start up other games

    Rocket League 100% CPU Usage?

    So I'm not sure what's going on, but up until yesterday, I can't play Rocket League. The game is extremely laggy and my CPU usage jumps to 100% when it's running. I never had this issue before, as I played the game for a total of 3 hours so far. I'm clueless as to why I'm having these problems.

    Here's my build: System Build - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB SC Black Edition, Carbide Quiet 600Q ATX Full Tower - PCPartPicker (hard-drives are standard 500GB solid-state).

    If I need to provide any more information, I'm more than willing to help. Hope to hear some feedback!
