Windows 10: Game launches, audio plays and custom ingame cursor appears, but screen is otherwise black...

I recently got a new computer with a built-in Windows 11. It's brand new, everything is up to date. However, I'm experiencing a situation where some games would not run properly. The game window opens, it plays the game sounds, and I can see the custom game cursor, but there is no movie or image that appeared.I tried changing resolution and launching the game with a Compatibility mode, but neither method works.As a comparison, the exact same game works in my old Windows 8.1 computer. I'm wondering if the game is just somehow incompatible with the Win 11 system.Here's a recording of what happen

Windows cursor while playing Skyrim (2 cursors ingame)

I've started playing Skyrim again and have found that Windows 10 (Pro x64) is not respecting the exclusive focus of fullscreen programs - specifically Skyrim. Thus after about a minute of play, I lose control of the ingame cursor for a moment and then an
Hourglass cursor appears, as well as the ingame game cursor. The game cursor continues to function normally, but the hourglass cursor darts all over the screen - it appears to be moving as a native windows cursor...not sure that will make sense...where the
ingame cursor moves a little bit - say to highlight some ingame object, the hourglass cursor moves much further and much faster.

From what I can tell, this is something to do with system notifications as there is a also the Notification Chime as well. I have turned off all Windows sounds due to the chime. I am running a Group Policy to disable the Action Centre and all App Notifications
are turned off...but alas I am still having Skyrim hijacked.

Help, this really kills game immersion and makes the game much less enjoyable.

Black Screen While Playing A Game.

Hello, My pc is experiencing a problems these 5 days, which is a 'black screen' while playing a game the whole screen goes black, and the only cure to this is to restart pc, but it still goes black when I play a game again. [behind the black screen there
is still playing the audio, and there is no cursor]. I want to find out whats the problem.

When I launch a game like Fortnite or PUBG the screen goes black, all I can see is the cursor and hear the game audio and nothing else so if you have a solution please tell me
