Windows 10: Game launching problem at windows 10

Hi. I have laptop asus A442UR . With intel core i5 , nvidia geforce 930mx vga, and 4 GB memory, My laptop specifications were exceed the minimum requirement of football manager 2019 game.

I also have over 10GB frew space on hard disk


I have problem when launching the game. It keep crashes, and only few times successfully launch the game. Once it launched, theres no problem.


I had already asked the game provider for troubleshoot and done several, from reseting the game settings, modify the steam etc, until managing my driver (update, reinstall) and finally the issue still persist, they recommend me to ask my operating system for further troubleshoot.


My windows is windows 10 64 bit. I tried to run in compatibility settings windows 7 and 8 but the issue still persist.
