    Site links not working in Chrome or Edge

    Hi,





    Have you tried resetting your browser? If not, we suggest you to do so. To reset Edge, follow these steps:


    • Go to
      Browser Settings.

    • Clear
      Browser Data.

    • Close the browser and launch it again.



    If the issue persist, follow these other steps:


    • Go to
      Task Manager.

    • Click on
      MicrosoftedgeCP.exe

    • End the task.



    Let us know how it goes.

    Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

    Edge not working, says Hmmm Can't open this page. IE 11 also not working, but Chrome works.

    Windows is updated till today ie 9 July 2016. Edge and IE 11 not working. Chrome works.
