Windows 10: Game Minimized Randomly and Cant install Update

Been having anoying Games Randomly Minimizing, For breaf sec i seen cmd appear n disaper and notification do it to....I Tryed all Posibal Fixes.. Removed OBS i only streamed twice last week, done Both checkheath and sfc scanow, did say it fixed some files, I done malware and security scans with Norton and Malwarebyts found nothing.... but still keeps doing itI uninstalled last pc update n reinstalled normally but cant seem to install 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441 error 0x80070643...Im So Close on doing Pc Wipe fresh install..

Games minimizing and apps closing randomly.

Since my last update, approx. 19 March 2018, my games keep minimizing and some applications close randomly.

Please advise.

Why are my games minimizing when there is no mouse activity or minimizing randomly?
