    Game needs directx 3 to install but wont accept my direct x.


    Hey, i recently bought a **** for heroes of might and magic, when trying to run the setup process to install the game, it says i need certain requirements that i can fix easily.


    But when it comes to direct x it says that i need direct x 3 and it scanned and showed that i just had direct x, but i have direct x 12 and it wont recognize it.


    If any one could help i would really appreciate it.

    Hello to you.thanks for answering me.but i installed the games and the games doesn't support directx 12 and need to install direct x 11.what can i do? Please answer me.thanks a lot

    i tried install directx9 from the downloads site, it doesnt work, and if im not wrong it says i already have the latest directx installed or something
