Windows 10: Game not opening and recieveing error messages for no concievable reason

I have an xbox game pass ultimate account allowing me both PC games and Xbox games. I have recieved the error code 0x803F8001 and the game 'Football manager 20' will not open even with my paid subscription to xbox. Just need help working this out thanks.

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically
