    Game Pass expired immediately when I bought it


    I recently bought game pass for PC, around about 5 MINUTES AGO. I wanted to cancel recurring billing because I know I'll forget to cancel before the date, and then it expired! I saw it expired because after I cancelled recurring billing, it said Xbox Game Pass expired, and it wouldn't let me download any game pass games. I never recieved a refund and they essentially stole my money. Is there a way I can get my money back?

    Bought Game Pass for the PC

    I have bought Game Pass for the PC and i am unable to download games that are included within the game pass

    Can't install games with game pass

    Hi Ashenath,

    If you can’t install Game Pass Games on your PC, follow these suggestions:

    Check if you have the right Game Pass

    Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App

    Update to the latest Windows 10 version,viz v1903

    Admin privileges for Games

    Give Admin privileges for Games

    Check Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

    Repair Game if it keeps crashing or doesn’t work

    Cannot Sign in to Xbox Live

    Bought the AC Unity Season Pass? You get a free game.


    In a post this morning from Yannis Mallat, CEO of Ubisoft Montreal, it was stated that sales of the Season Pass for Assassin's Creed Unity have been suspended. Anyone who has already bought the game will receive the Dead Kings DLC for free.

    Anyone who has already bought the Season Pass or Gold Edition of Assassin's Creed Unity will be eligible for a free game from Ubisoft. Surprisingly, the games that Ubisoft is offering are actually newer triple-A titles.

    While I'd really like for AC Unity to be able to maintain 60 FPS on Ultra, especially with dual R9 290s, this is most definitely a good move by Ubisoft after some terrible recent game launches.
