Windows 10: Game sharing for PC

So I got game pass on Xbox and gave the code to my friend because he is game sharing to me. This allows me to get Gamepass, EA Play, and Xbox Live Gold. In the past couple of days I got a pc and figured out how to get his Xbox account to gameshare to my pc so I would get Gamepass games. But there is one problem, that is I cannot download or play EA play games because technically I do not own Gamepass. Is there any way I can share EA play to this account?

This sounds pretty awesome, if true. There are a lot of old games I don't play that I'd be willing to share with friends, and there are some that I'd want to play but not sure about actually buying as well.

• Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

In the meantime, I suggest that you run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. This can help remove problem with an app from Microsoft Store.
