Windows 10: Game stutters like crazy after one windows update and ruined my gaming experience for forever.

Before i used to game on my laptop with not a single issue. Game was stutter free, ran with very playable framerates. NO game stuttered at all. And one day this one windows update happened, and all of the games started to stutter like crazy. I tried uninstalling the windows update and nothing got fixed. I tried some tweaking, No result. I even reinstalled windows and paused the windows update so that any update could not take place and i can test my system. No result. My device didn't recover from this horror update. Now i can't even game on my system without facing stutter in every single sec

Windows Updates are ruining my gaming experience.

This isn't an issue of updates causing instability and crashes, the problem that I constantly experience is Windows
trying to download and install updates, especially the Windows Defender ones, while I am gaming. They cause insane latency spikes in-game, not to mention that I actually have to quit the game for Windows to be able to download and install said updates.
However this doesn't guarantee that a new small update won't be available 10 mins later, also causing latency spikes, nor that the update will be successfully installed. This ruins both, my gaming and Windows updating itself. I enabled active hours, well you
can't really disable that anymore, you can only toggle to adjust the active hours automatically. I feel like it doesn't actually do anything.

What do I do about this?

 

Creator has ruined my gaming experience

My laptop was working fine as usual last night. Games we're running smoothly. Installed Windows Creator update this morning. My favourite game is now unbearable to play. Slow and stuttering.

So far I've tried:

• Disabled Game Mode and Game DVR
• Factory Reset my PC
• Installed previous NVIDIA Drivers
• Disabled Full-Screen Optimisation on games
• Added exclusions to Windows Defender
• Turned off Windows Notifications
• Update Drivers
• Validate game via Steam
• Clean Startup
• Made sure my GPU is running and not integrated graphics
• Turned on V-Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel
• Tried rolling back to the previous Windows 10 build

Has anybody got any other ideas?

Has anyone from Microsoft/Windows got an explanation?
