Windows 10: Game uses all of my RAM and does not open

I will try to explain this the best I can. I am on PC, using steam. My issue is that I cannot open Forza Horizon 4 whatsoever. When the splash screen opens, all of my RAM is immediately used up and the PC freezes. I've found that I should force the game to use my 3070 instead of integrated graphics and I've done that through windows settings but to no avail. I have found that I can completely disable the integrated graphics but I am not sure that this is the issue I really don't know what the issue is. My current PC is using an AMD 7700x CPU, B650f motherboard, RTX 3070 graphics card, 32gb

Internet Explorer uses a lot of RAM

This issue may arise due to:

• Opening multiple tabs at a time.
• Using add-on.
• Virus.
• Multiple internet explorer opens in Task manager.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and also check whether multiple Internet explorer process are running at the same time.

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Del
• Open Task manager.
• Click on Detail Tab.
• You will see MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe file.
• Right Click and End Task.
• Restart the computer.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to perform virus scan by using Windows Defender Offline Beta from the below link and check if it helps.

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically

For a better clarity on the issue, please answer the below questions;

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
