Windows 10: Game won't install, no window opening

I want to download Manor Matters from the Microsoft store and install it on a Windows 10 computer with all updates installed. When I did it on one computer, everything went fine. A second window popped open and I played my game. However, on the second computer, I can't get the second window to open. I click on the download button and nothing happens. I've tried it on both Chrome and Firefox and nada. Not only doesn't it even tell me that it prevented a pop-up, but I've made sure that the Microsoft store is in the exceptions for the pop-up blocker. What

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
