Windows 10: game wont start up on certain users please help

hi I am trying to play a game on my pc but for some reason it will not load. Its only the one game that will not work, when I attempt to start it up it closes immediately. I have done checks and the game files are all ok. This is the second time this has happened. If I create a new user it will work as intended for a few weeks and then seems to fault again. could someone talk me through how to run a check on a single user profile to find if there are any corrupt files or other issues. I understand that the graphics of the game is fine as you mentioned, but still I would request you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Graphics Card Drivers and check if that makes any difference.
