    I have had this weird issue for a while which is whenever I use a game controller, either plugged or through bluetooth, my apps tend to freeze almost entirely after like 5 to 10 minutes of using a controller. This goes away after moving the mouse for literally a second or even less at times.

    This seems to happen in every game I play on, both AAA and small games that use no processing power.

    My computer specs are:
    AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor

    ROG Strix b550-e Motherboard

    32gb ram

    two hard disks, one of 1 t and and another of 2

    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (6gb) graphics card

    It is also important to note that I always close any unneeded programs through task manager that I can think aren't of any importance

    PS4 Controller being installed as Xbox 360 Controller

    I used STEAM to play games, but when I entered the game, my PS4 controller was not recognized instead Xbox buttons were shown on the screen.

    Hello, i have NACON PS4 Wired Compact Controller which i use to play some games. When i try to see the controls it would how Xbox controller layout instead of PS4's controller layout which is very frustrating and I need to figure the controls myself which takes a lot of time. I thought the Steam or Epic Games (platforms that i play on) are the problem but when i go to the device manager it says Xbox 360 controller for Windows so i came to the conclusion that Windows misrecognizes it. Can someone please help me fix this problem?
