Windows 10: Games and apps keep unexpectedly crashing after pc upgrade

recently I upgraded my computer a little bit, I added a new motherboard a b550 to have an upgrade path and add more ram. the first error when I Upgraded was a user error I had accidentally overclocked my ram so it kept not booting. I fixed that, the new issue is that I my games just unexpectedly crash, I playlet of games but my main is escape from tarok ad it crashes randomly, same thing with lethal company Fortnite apex siege etc... I have done mostly everything it has recommended for me to do. I have run sfc /scannow and other things using command prompt, I have reset may computer cleared my

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
