Windows 10: Games Are Not Functioning Properly in Terms of Audio Output

OK, I downloaded a free game from the Microsoft Store. Once I run it, the game doesn't show that the audio is working. I tried to set it in-game to MAX, but the speakers built into my DELL Inspiron laptop doesn't work correctly. Any help here?

New case. Front Panel audio output not functioning properly

Double check to make sure you have the front audio panel cable from the case connected properly to the JAUD1 connector on your motherboard. In addition, check for possible bent pins.

No Audio Output Device is Installed

Hi,

You will need to select Windows 8 from the drop down list while installing the driver in compatibility mode.

I would suggest you to try setting the speaker as default audio output by following the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar.

2. Select "playback devices".

3. If "speaker" is not set as the default device, highlight it and click "set as default".

5. Save the changes.
