Windows 10: Games are not working after windos update

After february 14 I tried playing games in my gaming laptop but they are running super slow form the starting menu they are caped to 5 fps. I already tried instilling and uninstalling al Nvidia drivers, restarting the computer, I am always looking for new windows updates and i have ran 2 diferent antivirus to check if there is anything wrong. My specs are:CPU: Amd Ryzen 7 5800hRam: 16gbGPU: Nvidia RTX 3060.Note: before this i could run any game without problem

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to install the Game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install Game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the Game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the Game install and then check the functionality.



And also update Display driver from the manufacture web site and check if it helps.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

I would suggest you to update the graphics card driver and check if it works fine:

  Right click on start menu and tap on device manager.

  Select display adapters from the list and hit enter.
  
• 
  Right click on the display adapters and select update.
