Windows 10: Games are randomly freezing

Hello,i just try everything and i wanna share with you my troubles with HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2xxx., Windows11.Every games i wanna try to play accidentaly crash/freeze at random times.I wanna share with you information from WinDbgWindows, BIOS, drivers, C++ - all of it updated to the latest version.Games are updated and verified. I try new games, old games, many of games and problem is at every game. C++ reinstalled. Notebook is not overheating.Notbeook is new so i try to reuturn it to a shop, but they tested it twice and says that HW is all right.Thank you for your response.//0:045> !ana

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
