Windows 10: games being deleted and saying i asked for a refund

hi everyonebasically this is the second time now i have gone to play a game on my laptop and it says the game has been deleted, so i go to the store search the game and click play. when i click play it says game was When you got a refund on Golf With Your Friends it was removed from your device.. i havent asked for a refund for the games and also when i go to my order history it doesnt show any refund for the games. im absolutly baffled. any idea why it keeps doing this?the games are golf with my friends minecraftthanks for reading.

Thank you for your suggestion, I just asked for the refund now. I have not played the game from the Microsoft store, only the purchase from the Minecraft Website. So I hope I can get that refund. again much appreciated. Have a good day

Edit: got a email about 5 minutes after the refund request saying that the refund was successful. Thank you so much for the help. And thank you Microsoft for refunding.

hi i bought a game less than 14days ago and i want a refund it is my european union right to have a refund if asked in less than 14 days, but cant issue a refund on the game the regullar way.

i want a refund and i want it now.
