  1. Games closing when loading after applying a warranty for a bad CPU

    Hello,

So here is a little bit of background behind this nightmare. I started this fresh build last November (2017) and havent been able to make it work properly.

The first event were a lot a different BSOD and had another Thread about it looking for help, where nothing I did make the computer work good (This is the Thread im talking about: BSOD at random times, most frequently while playing games Solved - Windows 10 Forums ), I decide to took it to a computer shop and after like two weeks I get my computer back, they swap all the components with some pieces they use to test and everything "Ended" with a bad CPU, Intel accepted the warranty and had the computer now "runnig".

The purpose of this build is Gamming and the issues I'm having now are affecting that, the exact moment I open a game it crashes.

Here you can find some of the Events that happened when crashing:

  2. Pre-loaded games won't uninstall

I'm not really into some of the games that were pre-loaded into my PC but when I try to bring up the games from the Start menu and click on 'uninstall' it takes me to the control panel, and I don't see the games listed there for me to uninstall. Suggestions, please? Thanks! ~P

  3. Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
