Windows 10: Games crashing consistently, no error messages, earphones make sort of a buzzing sound in...

I haven't had this issue for the whole 4 years of having my pc until about 2 weeks ago. Playing "Rainbow Six Siege" and "Valheim" and my game just crashes randomly, it makes sort of a buzzing sound in short periods in my earphones since my earphones are connected to my monitor, and it reboots my monitor somehow. I thought the issue would be in my hard drive but that wasn't the case since I re-downloaded the game onto my SSD, I am still having the same problems of my game crashing. My drivers are up to date, I tried changing the settings and verified all game files, which did nothing.My specs:C

Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?
