Windows 10: games crashing no error message + STATUS ACCESS VIOLATION on google

I've been having problems for the last month as games have been crashing without an error message at all. Ontop of that, randomly, my google pages get crashed, saying STATUS ACCESS VIOLATION.Heres a few things ive tried to do:Hard reset my pc ive done it 5 times, delete everything + used installation mediamemtest86 no errors on RAM, 16 passesDISM, sfc repairing and restore health commandadded new fans for cooling incase of overheating didnt work at allreplacing SSDdisabled all of my antivirus hard resetting did it for meupdating all of my drivers clean installationIt used to crash lo

Access Violation crashing games

The game Destiny 2 has been constantly crashing on my PC since the launch about a month ago. During the beta I had the same crashing issues with the same errors. Windows is up to date, all drivers are
up to date, my BIOS is up to date, nothing is overclocked. I've made sure both the Blizzard app and Destiny 2 are allowed to communicate through Windows Firewall. I've enabled/disabled Windows Game Mode. I've ran memory tests overnight with no errors, I've
ran graphics card stress tests with no errors. I've monitored PC temperatures, nothing is overheating, I've monitored CPU/Memory usage while playing, and it never spikes into high numbers. I've taken my computer apart and cleaned everything very
thoroughly. I've fiddled endlessly with in game settings. I've made sure nothing else is running in the background while trying to play in an attempt to conserve memory. I've tried manually capping the games frame rate by
altering the CVARS.xml, I've tried every suggestion I can find on various forums/posts. I've completely reinstalled Windows, downloaded only Blizzard/Destiny. Nothing I do matters, I keep crashing and the crash report is the exact same every time.

Access Violation

For practically all games i own they crash with the error "Access Violation" at some random read location

 

Access Error Violation when using Big Fish Games

I have a window that opens with this message error access violation at 0x100080b2 (tried to read from 0x00000000 program terminated. I have tried multiple methods to rectify this situation, some suggested by Big
Fish themselves and others through my online search. Its been going on since Mid March. I have games that I was able to use for years prior, that I own, that are suddenly getting this error.
