  1. Games do not feels smooth

So, the problem is that there is no smoothness during the game 60+ FPS feels like 45, the cursor feels too jerky feels not smoothly, as if there is an input lag, but sometimes I feel like the game is going very smoothly, what can it depend on? I don't have any programs running in the background. In addition, I noticed that when the game is smooth, Windows also feels smooth, everything opens quickly, the cursor moves fluently and not jerkily.- There are no viruses, the BIOS is updated, the drivers were downloaded by Windows itself but I tried to download from the manufacturer's website, ther

  2. What is smooth scrolling?

    Hi Kenneth,

Smooth scrolling is a feature available in Internet Explorer that allows you to scroll through a web pages smoothly, as the name of the feature suggests. If this is turned off, when scrolling through a web page, you'll notice that the scroll
bar slides down as if it's slightly delayed, but if this is turned on, the scroll bar slides down smoothly, without delay.

This is useful when scanning through long web pages or articles.

To turn on/off smooth scrolling, see the following steps:

    • Open Internet Explorer, click the gear icon, and then click
      Internet
      Options.
    • Click on the Advanced tab.
    • Locate Use smooth scrolling, and tick the check box if you want it turned on/off.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Games do not feels smooth

Requirements to make Windows 10 feel smooth?

Thanks for the replies Games do not feels smooth :) Lets say the the computer in question is just going to be used for playing music, comparing my life to other people lives on facebook, and mine sweeper. None of these programs require a fast CPU and having 4GB (perhaps 2GB is enough?) of RAM should be enough to do all three at the same time, the smoothness-feeling then boils down the the bandwidth of the hard drive, the time it takes for the programs to load from the drive to the RAM?
