So I got a new laptop and when I downloaded games from microsoft store they just did not launch, I first downloaded Hollow Knight and it did'nt launch, I thought it was just a bug and I started downloading minecraft dungeons, but that issue also happened for dungeons as well, after some researching i found no solutions and then Hollow knight just popped open after like 40 mins Idk what caused that, same happened for dungeons the next day, I thought issue was fixed and I downloaded among us, it also didn't launch, I researched and found out that the games which when launched open a specific ui

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

Problem with launching games from the Microsoft Store!!

Is it possible to open the Microsoft Store, open an app or
a game and then have it downloaded and launched?
Unfortunately I cannot do the above steps and launch the apps and games. When I try
to open them I receive an error message 00008.
Please help cause I cannot resolve this issue by myself
